  17. Yes, the Willows Twin XPDK cross platform development kit. It is free for
  18. downloading and evaluation. It costs $250 per application per platform and
  19. is hosted on the target platform.  So, you don't have to do mac
  20. development on a piece of %#@& windows NT box!  It also includes the
  21. source to aid in debugging.  The mac version is built using codewarrior on
  22. the mac and gnu on the unix platforms.

  24. It is essentially the Windows API hosted on multiple platforms.  It
  25. supports several UNIX platforms (sunos, solaris, linux, sco, etc.) and the
  26. macintosh.
